I’m Brandy Sanchez, a librarian, certified leadership coach, and productivity expert dedicated to helping you reach your highest potential.
As the founder of the SoulFire Collective, I help high-achieving library leaders develop the skills, strategies, and systems required to make a transformational impact on their community – without the hustle and burnout.
I have over 20 years of experience in instructional design and training development. Before launching the SoulFire Collective, I coordinated a team of 18 trainers and oversaw the delivery of 200+ technology classes each year for the Daniel Boone Regional Library.
Prior to this role, I was the Continuing Education Consultant for the Missouri State Library, where I organized statewide workshops and conferences for hundreds of library directors, managers, and staff. I utilize this expertise to help clients create lasting, positive change within themselves so they can bring out the best in their teams.
I have received my M.A. in Information Science and Learning Technologies as well as my professional coaching certification from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching.
Since 2021, it has been my privilege to provide training and coaching services for library staff at over 40 public, academic, and school libraries.
Be sure to check out some of my articles in School Library Journal, American Libraries, and Children in Libraries.
