How does coaching work?

STEP 1: ASSESSMENT

Your coaching journey begins with an Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) Assessment. This online attitudinal assessment measures the quality of your leadership, among several other factors for professional success.

STEP 2: CREATE A GROWTH PLAN

You'll work with a certified leadership coach to create a customized professional development plan based on your ELI Assessment results as well as your unique needs and goals. 

STEP 3: BIWEEKLY COACHING SESSIONS

With a solid growth plan in place, you'll meet with your coach every other week for up to one hour. You'll discuss your progress, work to overcome any obstacles, and celebrate the wins along the way.

STEP 4: LIVE, WORK, AND LEAD WITH GREATER PURPOSE

Hello! I’m Brandy Sanchez.

I'm a librarian, certified leadership coach, and founder of the SoulFire Collective. I have 20 years of experience in instructional design and training development in public libraries. I now utilize this expertise to help clients create lasting, positive change within themselves so they can bring out the best in their teams.

Over the last three years, it has been my privilege to provide training and coaching services for library staff at over 40 public, academic, and school libraries.
